You know I am totally tempted to completely redo this entire site. From front page to the uh…last page…yeah. A total overhaul of the site. Mainly I thought up a new front page to link out to various pages like this blog, my resume, photos, etc. Plus I kind of want to create a wedding page for Becca and I. I figured we would need one soon enough here.

…I know. I change the look around here like I change underwear. I found this theme earlier and thought it would be do-able for now and something I could easily tweak. I got a couple things to do with it but it should stick for a little while.

I’ve become pretty decent at tweaking themes into stuff I like. My soccer blog is a prime example as is the church’s website that I’ve been doing for a few months now. Speaking of which I am really liking some of the stuff I’ve been doing on there recently. Not to toot my own horn but I think it’s pretty good work.

Can we actually consider April Fools Day a holiday? I guess some do. I’m not a huge fan of it but I’m sure some out there are…

Yeah, so for a while I’ve been thinking about writing a book. I don’t know what kind or what it is about but its definitely been a goal of mine for a long time. The best ideas I’ve had may not be the best books though so who knows what it will be about.

I do know one thing though, I want to get back into some photography. I know Becca is wanting to buy a camera for her possibly, (cross your fingers) potential career move down the road. I don’t want to do it quite full-time as her but definitely something on the side.

Anyways, speaking of Becca, she and I finally got (most of at least) our wedding registry stuff done. We registered at Target, Kohls, Macy’s and for those with a little extra coin (ie the people she works with daily) at Williams-Sonoma.

I bring that up since tonight I bought a couple friends some wedding gifts. Its two weddings I’d really really like to do to in May but just can’t due to costs and work. If plane tickets were just a little cheaper for both weekends in May I’d spring for it but I just know I won’t be able to do both. One is a couple that I became great friends with in college at WVU and the other is a friend of mine that I have known since we were in diapers. So yeah, its tough not getting to go to either but I think I gifted both of them nicely. And honestly my guilt for not going to either may make me gift more before its all said and done.

Yeah, I’m honestly making an effort here to update this more with what is going on in my life. It helped when I book marked my site’s login info again. I didn’t have it on the new laptop.

…for now…I thought this theme was kind of neat. If it stays the header image will probably leave.

At least Rigby is happy about the change…

Blame the laziness, the wedding prep, and the loads of work going on. Don’t worry I am close to coming back and redoing this whole mess of a site! :-p
